The agency was born from the collaboration between Simona and Alessandra, communication professionals
with over ten years of experience in publishing houses
and communication agencies in Milan.
Together, they lead its creative and managerial vision.
Where ideas take shape since 2003.
Founded in Milan as K LAB snc and since 2011 Red Spot srl, we are a communication studio with national and international experience.
We specialize in branding, visual identity, promotional materials, events, B2B marketing, multimedia content, and editorial productions.
We believe in innovation and personalization: we develop creative concepts and tailor-made projects, handled by a team of internal and external professionals, all carefully selected collaborators.
Our goal is to provide original solutions that best enhance
each client’s identity.

Valeria Canavesi
She has been writing and working in communication since 1990, with extensive experience in creative direction at both Italian and international agencies.
Since 2014, she has been an author for the Istituto dell’Enciclopedia Italiana Treccani.
Since 2019, she has been a lecturer in Copywriting and Communication.
Since 2021, she has been collaborating with Studio Red Spot.
Monica Spadini
Graphic designer specialized in book layout and design, children’s products, and corporate communication materials.
She began her professional career in 1996 in editorial and communication studios, where she developed strong technical skills.
Since 2011, she has been collaborating with Studio Red Spot, working on the layout of books, catalogs, and magazines, as well as on the development of communication materials for companies, creating layouts that are both functional and visually refined.
Each project allows her to transform ideas into concrete and original visual solutions.
Fiammetta Bonazzi
Professional journalist and editorial consultant, she works on writing and editorial coordination for both traditional and digital media.
In the past, she has written for Vogue Italia, Grazia Casa, Marie Claire Maison, DOVE – I viaggi del Corriere, Gulliver, and AD Italia, and she currently writes for Icon magazine, Pambianco Design, Amica, and BenEssere, covering topics ranging from architecture to lifestyle, and from wellness to natural medicine.
She is also involved in corporate communication and is the author, among other publications, of the essay Dink, la generazione che non genera (Castelvecchi).
In 2003, she began collaborating with Studio Red Spot, with which she has recently produced a series of publications focused on cybersecurity.
Simona Marconi
Graphic Designer and Producer with over thirty years of experience and a deeply editorial background.
Specialized in edutainment and entertainment publishing, communication, and editing, she brings creativity, rigor, and precision to every project.
She has been collaborating with Red Spot for over ten years and has supported numerous studios and publishing houses, working on layout, production, lettering, and editorial coordination.
Versatile and deadline-driven, she combines advanced technical skills with a strong aptitude for problem-solving and teamwork, ensuring high-quality results at every stage of the creative process.
Isabella Barbieri
Editor specialized in editorial concepts, writing, and translation from English, she has gained over ten years of experience in the kids & teens sector, coordinating the entire creative process of magazines, books, games, and special projects.
In more recent years, she has expanded her professional scope to the adult target, working on topics such as fashion, corporate communication, and cultural promotion. She has been collaborating with Studio Red Spot since 2010.
Tea Orsi
Freelance screenwriter and story editor for preschool animated series, she has collaborated with several Italian and international production companies, including Calon TV, Movimenti, Atlantyca, Studio Bozzetto, MoBo, Enanimation, and Lux Vide.
Since 2007, she has been collaborating with Studio Red Spot, The Walt Disney Company / Disney Publishing Worldwide, and other publishing companies as a comic book writer and as an author of concepts and content for magazines and books.
She coordinates projects such as magazines, sticker albums, and comics, overseeing the entire creative process; she also works as a ghostwriter, translator, and author of children’s books.
