OUR STORY

A graduate of the Istituto Statale d’Arte in Monza and Milan’s International College of Arts and Sciences, I began my career in 1996, working at graphic design studios and
as art director for several publishing houses.
In 2001 I transitioned to freelancing, working on editorial projects for graphic design studios specialized in fashion and communications.
Since 2019 I’ve taught at the Scuola Internazionale di Comics.

After graduating from the IED Istituto Europeo di Design’s Art Direction course, I spent many years as an art director for agencies and communications firms. In 1999 I chose to become a freelancer. Since then, I’ve focused on PR and design, developing concepts and content. I work with press offices, communications agencies, publishing houses, marketing departments and events-planning firms. Also in 1999, I began teaching at my alma mater, in the Visual Arts department. I’ve been a journalist since 2003.

In 2002, we founded K LAB snc. The studio focuses on our collective
expertise: brand development and design, public relations and image
management, the creation of marketing materials, B-to-B initiatives,
events, promotions and multimedia projects.
Our guiding philosophy was centered on developing alternative,
innovative ideas and guiding our clients in the management of their branding.
We have always sought to “play” through design, providing our clients
with highly personalized, distinctive materials.

In 2011, we founded RED SPOT srl to address different market needs.
This studio develops designs and editorial concepts across the arts and crafts,
design, lifestyle, fashion, food and music sectors.
We build our editorial projects on targeted strategies and specific,
measurable goals, serving the largest Italian and international publishing groups.
In particular, we design magazine graphics, create books, and oversee editorial restyling and repositioning projects.
We are a lean, flexible team that easily adapts to client needs
and is responsive to challenges that arise mid-stream.

“Brand Translation”
and Product Localization/Globalization Studio
Our drive for growth and desire to get out of our comfort zones sets
us apart. It’s also what led us to open WHITE LAB in New York City:
we felt the need to serve a more global clientele.
At WHITE LAB, we’re still committed to design and content creation,
but with a global lens. We help Italian brands and products make
their debut in English-speaking markets worldwide. We act as our clients’ interpreters, adapting their visual storytelling to localized cultural sensitivities. Our local contributors are bi-cultural, which makes us
uniquely well-positioned to “translate” Italian brands.
We consider this one of our strong points.
The company develops global entertainment projects,
assisting with the licensing of characters and properties from cinema, television, animation and comics. We find product solutions through
our unrelenting analysis of design, originality of content and audience.

our headquarters is just steps away from the Brera fine arts academy.
IN NEW YORK – the eternally changing city of a thousand lights,
